MY BAINBRIDGE BACKGROUND
Twenty years ago I took a bike ride that changed my life. While on vacation from my native Ohio, I embarked on a bicycle tour that brought me to Bainbridge Island. Every turn of the road revealed a scene lovelier than the last. The islands strong sense of community was as refreshing as it is rare.

Here I discovered all the advantages of the traditional American small town, combined with magnificent Northwest scenery and the open-minded outlook of Seattle. Bainbridge Island
became my home.

Since 1983 I have owned several homes in a variety of island locations. Bainbridge has something for everyone: beachside cabins, grand estates, old farmhouses, historic Victorians, golf course communities, acreage, condos, townhouses and more, located in settings as diverse as the homes themselves.

A degree in economics and an associate degree in culinary art from the Culinary Arts Institute of America guided me in my original island career of restaurant owner. Eventually, my enjoyment of working with people merged with my affection for the island itself.
